This year the club had the largest membership in its history. This year the Pep Club members started a new fad by purchasing sweat shirts which were worn to all the football games. Members also added clever and original productions to football pep as- semblies. This year as before the Pep Club sold tickets and refreshments and took charge of ushering duties at all home basketball games. Pep Club is the sponsor of both Varsity l and Junior Varsity Cheerleaders. The proceeds raised by the Pep Club go Varsity Cheerleaders: D. McKenzie, N. Krueger, M. Reichhordt, M. foward the Cheerleaders' Uniforms, and 5P 'lle ushers' jackets, etc. The Club both makes decorations and serves as hostesses at the Athletic Banquet. I UF FELLGWSHIP Conquering the worlds of fellowship, in race and religion were again the goals of the Greendale Y-Teens for 1953-54. ln the fall of 1953, fifty-four girls met together and voted for the officers they felt would lead them in reaching their goals for the year. These were: president, Sharon Repp, vice-president, Barbara Fitz- williams, secretary, Judy Haag, and treas- urer, Marlene Zillmer. To install these leaders and new members, an impressive ceremony was held by former Y-Teen members last October. By sponsoring the first dance of the year the Y-Teens raised the money for their donation to the World Fellowship Fund. The money was presented at a World Fellowship supper for all Milwau- kee county Y-Teens at the Y.W.C.A. on November 18. With Italy chosen as the club's theme the tables were cleverly dec- orated as an Italian street scene. This year's motto for the world fellowship meeting was Scarves Around the World. The Y Teen style show was again a great success in 1954 The girls modeled their own clothes some of which they made themselves lt was presented for all high school girls in April Y TEENS The Fountain of Fashion Officers S Repp B Fitzwilliams J Haag M Zillmer o Row C urke S eger J ag zu e enr e w i K ow es Zllmer S Re :rd Row J ops or c er wi ams e Poe D Brown F Kuseck H Ochsner J Sc art Second Row Mrs Owens M Spratler P Thomas M Kerner D M Kenzie M Shultz B Rich r R Schlueter B Schroeder J Armstrong Bottom Row J Aldr ch F Scherbarth K Bahrs J Wenzel M Reichhardt J Guse A Thorp Polansky Not Pictured D Birch J Havnen J Henrichs N Krueger B Meyer R Sorenson B Znese I I T p z .
