Senior Class History Early one September morning in 194-Z, twenty green little Freshies entered the door of Green Valley Community High School. Since that time many changes have been made, both in the number of students and the students themselves. The first to leave our class was Dick Larimore, who didn't finish the first semester. Donald Bisselle finished the semester and then dropped out. Doris Null, Arthur Schimmel- phfenning and Robert Craig were not seen back at school at the beginning of our Sophomore year. A new face was seen though. It was that of Melvin Rademacker who came to us from San Jose High School. Robert Heren started his schooling at G. V. H. S. at the beginning of the second semester of our Sophomore year. His first year and half had been spent at Pekin High School. When we came back for our junior year two more faces had disappeared. They were Geo- rge Larimore and Robert Zimmerman. That made fifteen Juniors. When our Senior year arr- ived, we still had fifteen, but Ruth Harris had moved away and Bonnie Scott took her place. Ruth is finishing in Delavan and Bonnie came from Washington, Illinois. Virginia Drake and Thurza Forbes came back this year the first semester and will graduate with our class. This makes seventeen Seniors. Class Will We the members of the Senior Class being of sound mind and rightly disposed do hereby and herewith bequeath the following of our assets to the various members of our school: I, Lois Ary, my giggles to Ike Baysinger.
