Shadows Shadows is an audition only group. Consisting of twenty-two members with equal numbers of males and females. These per- formers not only sing but they have choreographed movements to add variety to their perfor- mances. Some of their practices are done in a circle which makes the different voices blend. Mr. Meininger instructs them to sing as if they were singing a solo, to get a sound melodious with the piano. During the month of December alone, they sang at approximately thirty concerts. Some of their more memorable shows, as both Jill Cambell and Joe Schleicher agree, were their performances at the Denver Country Club, Hutch- inson Elementary School, and the Weston Hotel. Well, it is a group of the best vocalists in Colorado that get togeth- er and sing for performances. They must audition for this honor.
