fi I M J k u r Mrs. Arthur presides over a timed dictation test a sltua I tion very familiar to her students, both present and past The students and faculty of Greeley Central will miss a friend and dynamic instructor when Mrs. Linda Lee Jackie Arthur retires this year. She leaves us after devoting 22 years of her lifeuto District 6 students. In September, 1952, she started teaching home economics at Meeker Junior High, and she became a member of the business education department at Central in September, 1959. I Students enjoyed learning from her the many skills and attitudes needed to succeed in their chosen vocation and were also able to appreciate and gain from her world-wide travels. ln addition, they also benefited from and recognized her warmth, patience, and experiences which so readily colored the classroom atmosphere. Although Central is losing an effervescent and gracious lady, the world is gaining a ver- satile women of many accomplishments who will continue her learning and increase her love of life through travel, hobbies, and humanitarian devotion to others. lt is with a sincere expression of appreciation that this yearbook is fondly dedicated to Mrs. Jackie Arthur.
