Oufsfambng Pep-Puff Virginia Anderson was chosen as the outstand- ing Pep-Purr of the year. She served as Vice President during her Junior year and as Presi- dent in her Senior year. Virginia received a gitt for her work and loyalty to Pep-Purrs. Runner-up was Peggy Kinney who served as Treasurer during her Senior year. She also re- ceived a gift for her contributions to Pep Oufdfancbng . .A QM Selected as the G.A.A. outstanding girl this year was Nancy Reed, who has ended her suc- cessful years at Greeley High by being Presi- dent of G.A.A. this year. Nancy has been very active in the intramural sports throughout high school and served as Secretary-Treasurer dur- ing her Junior year. For her outstanding service Nancy received a gold cup and carved her name on the traditional G.A.A. bench. Runner-up was Helen Kiley, who attained the highest number of points ot anyone in the i organization.

J4. Pat Holley has been selected as the DAR good citizen from Greeley High for the year of l952. Pat was co-editor of the High Light this year, and a very active member of Masque and Mallet. She proved her de- pendability, leadership, patriotism, and service by these and her many other activities. National Honor Society is composed of seniors who are chosen on the basis of scholarship, leadership, character, and service. Miss Sullivan sponsors the or- ganization. omecoming ueen Shirley Winter was crowned Homecoming Queen during the half-time of the St. Francis game. She was elected by the whole student body and reigned over the annual Homecoming Dance after the game. Her ottendents were: Joanne Fulenwider, junior, and Joon Kintz, sophomore.
