A few weeks later a confident-looking young lady sat behind the desk ol that firm which had previously advertised. Her typing speed was eighty words per min- ute. Her bookkeeping always balanced, and she took dictation with a speed of one hundred words per minute. She owed her trained, efficient ability to the Commercial Department of I. H. S.
