Hello, Radio Audience: Science offers the student many revealing experiments. These experiments may deal with the mixing of substances or discovering the mechanical advantage, efficiency or horse power of a machine. These are only a few of the experiments that science has dealt with. Many more prob- lems are Waiting to be solved. Who is to solve them? You, the future scientists of the world. Science is probably one of the most fascinating of sub- jects. lt lends interest to those of curious and observing minds. For example, let us look at the experiment that deals with the heating of mercuric oxide to obtain mercury. commonly known as quick silver. Here, indeed, is an ex- periment of interest to students of science. Sounds like a good course to me. We enjoyed your report, and invite you back again. 23
