The Hornets were in complete control until the last three minutes when turnovers and other miscues allowed the lead to slip away. ln the final three minutes, two GM players, Roscoe Boggan and Tyrone Harris, fouled out. Calvert converted a free throw and was able to control the ball and maintain to the end a 63- 62 lead. The district tournament is com- prised of three Class A lstudent en- rollment over 1,400l schools: Great Mills, Lackey, and Calvert. The Hor- nets alos won the County title with an undefeated season play. The Hornet Tyrone Harris was selected for the All-SMAC team, County team, and the Maryland-at-large team for the third consecutive year. Prston Legrant was also selected for the All-County squad. For the GM squad it was a suc- cessful season with a 12-5 regular season record and two titles. ft if
