Seniona fine Leadena As the 166 graduating seniors of '58 prepare to leave their Alma Mater they regard their last three years with fond memories. Entering high school numbering 210, the sophomore year was filled with adventures and expectations. They proved their dramatic ability as sophomores by capturing first place in the 1-Act play competition. Team work and school spirit were widely portrayed in the work- ing of concession stands and in attendance of school functions Stability is a word to use for their second year in high school. The independent Juniors chose their class rings without the traditional Panther Crest. Once again receiving first place in 1-Act play competition and having a full house for their 3-Act ploy the Juniors proved themselves capable actors and actresses. Artistry and decorating ingenuity were re- vealed in their lavish Junior-Senior Prom, Black Magic. Moving into their last year at G,B,H,S. the class proved their leadership as Seniors. Breaking tradition for the second time the Seniors chose white and gray robes for Commence- ment on May 29,1958. The Senior 3-Act, one of the best plays to be presented in G.B.H.S, and their 1-Act drama proved their acting potentiality. A high light of the year for the Seniors was the Junior-Senior Prom, lnfinity, given in their honor. Many recognitions and special honors were achieved by the Class of 1958.
