Class of I952 A promising crop of neophytes got off to a good start in the Frosh initiation, often going under, but coming up for more. Carrying the same spirit through other activities, the Freshman Class turned in a commendable record, in fitting in to the G.V.H.S. picture. February 2 was the date they chose to present their Freshman assembly, introducing talent from the Class of '52 to the rest of the school. The social event of the year, from the Freshman standpoint, was their annual dance held May l3. In their Social Science classes, they have studied various countries of the world, and have been exchanging correspondence with school children in some of these foreign countries. The Frosh executives collaborated well with Mrs. Vera Ingram, their class advisor, in all their activities.
