The past year has been a gratifying one for the junior Class in every field of activity in which they have participated. Probably the outstanding events in any Junior-class are the Junior Play and the Junior-Senior Banquet. The play, Ask Me Another, by Glen Hughes, was ably directed by Byron and Jean Coodell. It was pre- sented in the high school auditorium November I4 and l5, before a large and well pleased audience. Our banquet, soon to be held, prom- ises to be an unusually Fine one. The success ol? our annual play eased our financial situation to a certain degree, but in order to raise enough money for the banquet, we sold refreshments at athletic events. Combining business and pleasure has long been a characteristic of this group. In addition to these some- what private alfairs, the Juniors have been associated with all school activities and organizations. such as the Girl Reserves, Hi-Y, and Delta Nu Kappa. Also, they have their share of berths in the County Band, Chorus, and Honor Society. This page sfaonsowrd by Mr. Dirk Cosnrll 27
