RONALD BROADWELL i Director Though small in number, our Eagle Marching Band, led by Drum Maiorette Carol Rice and directed by Mr. Ronald Broadwell, has proven that quality does not necessarily go hand in hand with quant- ity. Their precision drills, coupled with fine music, have served to make our half time shows a great success, and we will not forget the colorful sight as they marched in parades with their eagle plumes regally blowing in the breeze. Perhaps the biggest and best surprise of the football season was the initial apearance of the Granite Hills Straw Hat Band. Their original outfits coupled with fine musical performances have added zest and fun to our assemblies, football and basketball games.
