LURl.lE MOORE Throughout the- years Lurlie Moore has been in high school, she has aimed high. She took diffi- cult courses and mastered them. Upon becoming Commissioner of Finance, she spent considerable amount of time during and after school working for and supporting various activities. Her lunch hours were spent working in the A.S.B. office, and each of her other tasks was well done. The im- pression Lurlie created was always favorable and A her many friends will remember her magnetic smile and funloving personality. We feel that Lurlie's poise and charm coupled with her high scholastic ability have indeed aided her in hitting the target marked Outstanding, JUDY RILEY Time to Judy Riley has elastic bounds, for into it she crowds studies and numerous and various activities. Continual toil on academic undertakings has earned her a position at the peak of her class. The clock must have stopped for her to perform her many duties as secretary of her class and in coniunction with C.S.F., International' Club, and A.S.B. MIKE ROARK All set? You bet! And Mike always was all set. Enthusiasm plus generated itself through Mike. Omnipresent at all of our football and basketball games, he seemed to be able to whip any crowd into emotion. When the student body shouted such staunch phrases as we're with ya team so fight! Mike really meant them. Thank you Mike for your outstanding spirit. You have helped establish a precedent that will continue down through the' years as our Roman traditions grow. Service has certainly been Phebes middle name during her high school career. No iob left undone was her motto. Her application of this is most clearly evident in her work on The Clarion. As editor in her senior year she kept her publi- cation rolling with sound ideas and techniques. She also applied her sound iudgement and leadership qualities in her role as Captain of the Flag Corps. We salute you Phebe for your outstanding service and scholastic ability. Your merits have proven Granite Hills a school of quality.

SUSAN EGGERT Susan Eggert has not often received public recognition for the service she has rendered. Yet, the students with whom she worked are well aware of her abilities, efforts, and accomplish- ments. The members of her class will remember the support she gave to each project and the Inter- national Club will always be grateful for her help and leadership. A popular and busy young lady, Sue, never- theless, found time to devote to studies and now has achieved a high scholastic rating. The PAGEANT is aware of these many endeavors and considered Sue one of the ten finest seniors. PAT FOSTER Pert and pretty Pat Foster has been busy dur ing her two years at Granite Hills As Commissioner of Cultural Affairs she plan ned and provided for the extra curricular activities on campus. A peppy songleader she supported the many sports events, extending her spirit to spectators and participants alike Donned in a blue formal, she was a lovely Homecoming Attend ent and scholastically, Pat ranks among the high est. Therefore, she too is a senior worthy of the 1 PAGEANT'S recognition.
