Phil was active inMarching Band 1, 25 Concert Band 1, 2, Men's Glee 15 Football lg and Latin Club. snags., SCOTT, LARRY ALAN A man's worth is deter- mined by the work he does. Larry works on cars in his spare time. After june graduation he will enroll in S.D.j.C. This year he played baseball as one of his activities. 4' RYAN, JEROME EUGENE Prove all things, hold fast to that which is good. jerry likes bowling and dating. He plans to enter the service before going tocollege in Minnesota where he will ma- jor in architecture. He was active in Cross Country 4, and Sr. Publicity Comm. SARTAIN, DAVID MACK All things are won by dili- gence. Butch intends tio enter some branch of the servic e after graduation. He listens to rec- ords and enjoys working with animals. Frosh Football and Interscholastic League Typing in his junior year were his ac- tivities. SANDERLIN, DAVID GEORGE Great thoughts like great men need no trumpet. SHEARER, JERRY G. I'm after the man who in.. vented work. Cars take up much of Ierry's time. Attending S. DJ. C. is his fu tu r e goal. Cross C ou ntry in his freshman year and Spanish Club in his sophomore year were his activities. SIIES, GARY VQNT Better to say here it is, than there it was. Whitey spends most of his time talking. He says his plans for the future are, join the Navy and see the world. His activitieswere Football 1, 2, 3, 45 Basket- ball 1, 45 and Track 3, 4. SHUO, TSUTOMU Always hope more than you can do. Tom, as most students on campus call him, is our for- eign exchange student from Fugi, Japan. He enjoys play- ing badminton and ping pong. He would like to attend Tokyo Univ. to study law. He was active in the Radio Club. Swimming and skin diving take up much of his time. Social Comm. 3, and Y.F.C. 35 kept her very active. SLEMMONS, MARY ELLA Be neat and cleanand you will always have friends. Mary has enjoyed being in Pom Pon this year. Her plans for the future include business school and a job as a secretary. Her activi- ties were Swim Club, Ho- rizon Club 1, 2, 35 and G.L. 1.
