Beginning the year with an extremely limited and inexperienced staff, the mem- bers have successfully achieved the fulfillment of the purpose of a school newspaper, to inform the student body of campu s news and activities . In return for the hard work involved, they acquired many im- portant skills, such as learning to organize thoughts and written work, and to contact the public easily. Working with atalented, but inexperienced group, Mr. Teaby directed a successful Christmas program and three one- act plays for the Grossmont District Drama Tournament. 28
