Gradesl Curriculums! Transcripts! All these are a
part of the busy schedule in the Registrafs Office where
Grace students complete registration each semester.
Here too, the student's total curriculum is adjusted
and regulated to meet the busy demands of college
study. Mr. Russell jones, the Registrar, co-ordinates
the academic records of some 450 students. He is also
faculty advisor for the Athletics program, working with
the coach in arranging the details of the Royals' basket-
Director of Admissions
As seniors graduate and leave the halls of Grace,
new students must be recruited to take their place.
This is the primary responsibility of the Admissions
Office of which Mr. Leo Thomas is director.
Thousands of prospective students are contacted
by mail each year with possible follow-up by letters,
telephone calls and interviews. We believe those selected
to attend are led to Grace by God, and we thank
Him for each one I-Ie directs here.
