This is emphasized through the alumni prayer box files, which are revised each year. Every Friday students are encour- aged to attend their choice of the 15 prayer bands. Throughout the year, there are spon- sored retreats which give opportunity for the student to become acquainted with mission boards, missionaries and their work. Prayer Bands meet every Friday morning to pray for their respective mission fields. A Missionary shares experiences with students at Camp Brewster Missionary Retreat. Most important of all, however, was the insight we were given as to the operation of the school today, and the procedures followed to keep a stronghold on changes in the area of doctrinal teaching at Grace. Following the prayer sessions Monday morning, the conference began with an in- spiring message from Dr. Theodore H. Epp, as he brought us the first part of a series on Really knowing our Saviour with all our heart, rather than living a life with a sur- face knowledge of Christ. During the course of -the week, many discussions took place concerning the messages that were given, as they motivated an incen- tive and desire to dig deeper into the Word, Q and make Us reallze even more' the work of One of the high points of the conference was toward the end of the week, when Dr. Ivan Olsen brought us stirring messages from the Word of God concerning Bible prophecy.
