John W. Voth-President
Macedonian Missionary Fellowship
Ulu: lvresirlent Speaks . .
The outstanding truth that I have learned this year while serving in
the M.M.F., is that of Hebrews 11:6: "But without faith it is impossible
to please Himg for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and
that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek himf'
The objects of our committee were the following: flj To challenge
and encourage individuals to accept and obey the call to missionary service,
Q22 To encourage and provide opportunity for systematic giving and to
channel gifts received, C31 And to instill the desire and provide opportunity
for prayer in behalf of missions.
The committee members and sponsor who served together with me
were dedicated and competent. It was a blessing to meet together to pray
and take care of the necessary business. It was also a blessing to see how
the students responded in attending our services and prayer bands, and
also in giving towards the projects.
In looking back we see how the Lord provided and always revealed
His will in His time. He tested our faith through the missionary conference
project, and especially spoke to our hearts through the speakers. All of
this points to the fact that God could only speak to us and use us as we
trusted Him in faith.
