Each fall during Bible Conference and again during the final week of school the Board of Directors meets. These dedicated men determine the policies of Grace Bible Institute. Pastoral Ministries Department Dr. Burkholder is the Director of the Pas- toral Ministries Department. The two programs in this department are designed for those who are called to be pastors. Students in these pro- grams are given a systematized study of Bible doctrine, a study of the Creek language, and training in how to conduct special services and carry out the practical aspects of a pastor's re- sponsibilities. Psychology and Philosophy Department f , Mr. Schrag is the instructor of the Psychology and Philosophy Program. In this program the stu- dent is given courses which help him to understand and evaluate the trends of thought and ideologies of the day, and courses which help him to understand human behavior.
