S. athletes is to become a member of the honored G Club. The G Club was organized in 1936 for the purpose of promoting better sports- manship and more co-operation among the boys, stimulating interest in athletics, raising scholastic standards of athletics, and promoting fellowship. To be awarded the coveted G , a boy must have played nine quarters in foot- ball, fourteen in basketball, have gained a first place in a dual track meet, placed in a conference meet, or have qualified for the State Track Meet. Boys can also earn a letter in sports by competing three consecutive years in good standing. Compliments of ORV'S SHOE SHOP and DR. C. C.
