The Royal Visit to the United States was one of the hottest events of the social season. Five dozen of America’s most public personalities got an invitation to a “private” dinner in honor of Charles and Diana at the White House. “Miami Vice” became “the” cop show of the year. Featured are Don Johnson and Philip Michael Thomas, as Detectives Crockett and Tubbs respectively. One key factor in the popularity of the program is the use of music throughout the show. GB This year Goshen High School has enjoyed the presence of three exchange students; Marianne Maricn of Holland, Adriana Bisker of Brazil, and Mirjam Jelincic of Yugoslavia, Our classmate Dana Ouderkirk is now living with Marianne's family and is apparently enjoying her stay abroad. As for our own exchange students, we certainly hope that they have a memorable. exciting, and fun stay in the United States. Our Dorian Horodeck He was a former student of Goshen Central High School who met with a fatal accident earlier this year. Dorian left us with many great memories, and he won’t be forgotten.
