JUNIOR CLASS HISTORY On a bright September day in 1944 a new and enthusiastic group of boys and girls started out as freshmen. This group of eager beavers finally got settled down to studying ardently for the future. Miss Alma Henson was their very gallant sponsor. Earl Frischkorn Treasurer..............................- Don Gale Among the freshman activities were a Wiener roast, parties and two assembly programs. The next year found the same group of fervent boys and girls still longing to learn more. Theofficers of the sophomore class were: President .................,............ . Ray Hollman Their wonderful sponsor was Mr. T. A. Dunn. Sone of the sophomore activities were an assembly program, a party, and a roll- er skating trip to Murphyboro. This year finds them as eager as ever to learn how to prepare for the future. The junior class officers are: President ......................,....... Don Gale The junior activities for this year were a box supperand a roller skating trip to Murphysboro.. The junior class is looking for- ward to the Junior Play and to give the seniors a banquet in May. Their capable sponsor is Mr. Edward Harn.
