The beginning of the new school year, with new faces, new teachers, and a new Clubg namely, the Girls' P. E. Club. We organized November 7th, with the following officers being elected: President, Evelyn Galeg Vice-President, Ethel Killian, Secretary-Treasurer, Mary Cluster. Our first activity was a Mother-Daughter Potluck Supper gl Bridal Shower in honor of Mrs. Jacobs, the home economics teacher. Games were played in the gym and we got a general idea of how our Moms acted when they were young. Pardon me, Moms-- maybe I should say when they were younger. Our next activity was a roller skating party on March 19th at the rink at Murphy. We all had a good time, and there were very few casualties. Under the swell sponsorship of Miss Henson and the cooperation of all the girls we feel that our new club is truly a success. ---- Evelyn Gale G-MEN The G-Men Club of Gorham High School is an organization made up of all boys in school that have won an honor letter in athletics Qbaseball or basketballl.
