Lexington is proud to present a special feature, the receipients of Who ' s Who. One of the greatest honors bes- towed upon a senior is being selecte d to Who ' s Who Among American High School Students in America. This year fourteen seniors were se- lected by a Faculty Honors Committee. The committee based their selection on the students ' involvement in various activities and those stu- dents who represent a variety of interests at G.H.S. Who ' s Who is used to recognize stu- dents who provide the leadership in the various school organizations. G.H.S. is very proud of all these men and women. Nathan Neuse, an active mem- ber of the Mighty Apache Band has served as Head Quartermas- ter for two years. An accom- plished member of Radio and T.V., Nathan is very involved in the theatrical side of G.H.S. Kenneth LePori, a 3 year Let- terman served as captain of the Fighting Apache Football Team. He is a member of the Latin Honor Society, National Honor Society and Youth For Christ. Kenneth is well liked by his fellow students as they have elected him class President for the past three years and Best All Around his senior year. Morgan Barnett, is president of the Lettermens Club, and par- ticipates in both baseball and football and was awarded All District his senior year. Morgan has held several class offices, attended Boys State and is a member of the Latin Honor So- ciety. He was elected Most Athletic his senior year. i ' m li. ■ .• F f fi ' ' A MtfiA ' fi- r B?8MBS w Charlene Cockroft, a dedicated member of the Apache Band, has been active in Flag Corp and Choir. Charlene has held several offices in Future Home- makers and an outstanding member in 4H. Bernadette Stefinsky, Editor of G.H.S. ' s Lexington, boasts a wide range of ability. She is an active member of thie Apache Flames Drill Team, Quill and Scroll Honor Society and has held office in the Future Home- makers. The class of ' 78 elect- ed her Miss GHS. Casandra Clack, head cheer- leader for the Apaches, has a true dedication to her school and is a worthy recipient of this award. Casey is a member of Quill and Scroll Honor Soci- ety, Youth for Christ, and sec- tion editor of the Lexington. Diana Schultz, another recipi- ent of this coveted award is a member of the Apache Flames Drill Team. As a National Hon- or Society member, she serves as President to both the Future Business Leaders and Future Teachers Organizations.
