: V v “ r .1 r s N " ' ' V - A I - e of your ly tribute ieep and sincere interest in our success and happiness, we o you. For your genuine assistance, not only to our class ol, we the SENIOR CLASS dedicate the 1966 Cavalier to MR. MILTON MURRAY MAXTON. Foreword Every year at this time the students of Gloucester High School pause to look back over the memories of the past year. Some will do it for the last time; for some, it will only be the first time. Among these mem¬ ories they will find times when they were happy and times when they were sad. The seniors will march down the aisle to " God of our Fathers " for the last few times of their high school lives, and the eighth graders will stand and watch, eagerly awaiting the time when they too will march down the aisle. This year has been a great year, and we, the Cava¬ lier Staff, have tried to make it possible for you to re¬ live some of the events in this, the Cavalier of 1966. 3 Gloucester High School ALMA MATER FIGHT SONG We sing our Alma Mater And praise thy glorious name. We join in mighty chorus To laud thy halls of fame. Sing hail to Thee, Sing hail to Thee Loud let your voices cry With loyal adoration For dear old Gloucester High We ' ll fill our hearts with gladness And never shall it die. Oh, we will fight, fight, fight for Gloucester, Oh, we will fight on to the end. Oh, we will fight, fight, fight for Gloucester, Never to give in. And when the Dukes march on in triumph, Victory in their sight; Stand and hear our loyal cheer for the Red and White. 4 MR. D. D. FORREST Superintendent MR. MILTON M.
