2414! ' agar! Carole Higgins with her usual pep and enthusiasm cheered the Pirates on to victory. 'E 'Us ROW 1: Sally Jo Thompson, Carole Higgins, Rose Mary Wood, Shirley Reasoner. ROW 2: Louise Johnson, Billie Johnson, Gloria Reed, Sandra Pahner, Carolyn Clark, Mar- cella Davis. ROW 3: Charlotte Redfield, Pat Ball, Dora- lee Allen, Sharon Miller, Evelyn Gordon, Rebecca Buchanan, Mary Lee Pate, Beverly Cox, Paulette Carr, Mrs. Revello, advisor. ROW 4: Donna Stevens, Marilyn Harris, Jan Ose- pian, Judy O'Neill, Janet Nicholoson, Beverly Brady, Jane lglunyon, Mary Holland, Nancy Furlong, Sandra Johns, Dorothy tovall. Members of the Pep club bolstered the spirit around school by planning pep assemblies and yelling at games. Serving as president for the group was Charlotte Red- tield, Rose Mary Wood acted as vice president, while Sally Jo Thompson handled the duties of secretary. The gleam of victory was always present in Shirley Reasoner's eyes as she cheered for the Pirates.

ea eam! 244' Hey You Guys was Rose Mary Wood's favorite beginning for a yell. m agimi-asm g,,t Sally Jo Thompson, Rose Mary Wood, Shirley Reasoner, and Carole Higgins led the Pirate Student Body in yells this year. The gals of the yell squad kept students interested in the game by their dance step exhibitions, yell formations and above all their performance. Game after game the yell leaders cheered the team on to victory. Sally Jo Thompson was another Pirate chanter.
