Some of the activities ofthe band include performing during the half time shows for the home Gaucho football games and providing pep bands for the basketball games. ords and music from the twelfth centur The Madrigal Singers under the direction of Mary Ann Dutton study and present music from the twelfth through the fifteenth cen- turies. The group which is selected through auditions consists of four- teen members. Songs studied are taken from the works of Morley, Purcell, di Lasso, and their con- temporaries. Modern composers are also studied. The group has performed before the University Club, at Sun City, for the Farm Bureau Convention, and before many other civic and fraternal groups in the Phoenix area.
