As one junior transfer student put it, 'LG BS is much more materialistic. Ev- eryone notices what everyone is wearing. There are also many more cliquesf' it Another important factor in changing schools is how the curriculum compares between the two. But that was not nec- essarily a problem, as Collette Krelle observed, I think the curriculum at GBS is much better. Everyone is more con- cerned with grades here. Transferring schools in the middle of ones high school ca- reer is usually a difficult thing to do, but the people at Glen- brook South have welcomed these kids. The only hard part about transferring schools was finding my way around. Every- one is accepting me. Most peo- ple don't know or care that l'm from North, said Krelle. If you can relive your high school years, what would you do differ- ently? 1 would try to get the best grades l possibly could so 1 could go to any college 1 want.
