EDITH POST Cute little trick! That’s our ”Edie”, bubbling over with charm and exuberance. All who meet her are attracted by her sweetness and vivaciousness and these qualities also enable her to keep her many friends easily. Activities: Spanish Club 1, 2, 3—Secretary 3; Interclass Basketball 3, 4; Intcrclass Volleyball 4; Biology Club 2; Library Club 2; Bow ling Club 2. 4; Twirler 2, 3—Head Drum Majorette 4. WILLIAM ROBBINS Bill” or WiU , as he is sometimes called, is friendly, witty, and loads of fun. No one can remain unhappy for long when Bill” is nearby with his friendly nature and witty remarks. He always finds time for a hearty hello” and an equally hearty handshake. Activities: Track 1; Golf 3, 4; Interclass Basketball 2, 3, 4; Interclass Baseball 3, 4; Bowling Club 2. MARY PULLO Mary’s eyes reflect the friendly-smile that can always be found on her lips: her almost perpetual smile is the best clue to her true nature, for she is sincerely sweet. Mary has chosen designing as her future career and is well on her way toward success. Activities: Commercial Club 1; Spanish Club 2, 3; Intcrclass Basketball I. 2, 3, 4: PROFILE 4; Interclass Volleyball 1. JUNE REIZES Because she is by nature, a quiet girl, June gets things done without much ado. and she really gets things done. It was her conscientiousness as Tattler Editor-in-Chief that was responsible for our fine school paper, and we are grateful. Activities: Alpha 4; French Club I, 2. 3. 4; Spanish Club 4; Biology Club 2; Tattler 1, 2, 3. 4—Editor-in-Chief. ISABELLE RITCHIE A girl more vivacious and charming than Isabelle is hard to find. Everyone is attracted to her by her captivating smile and congenial character. Take these traits, add a high degree of intelligence, and you have one of the most popular girls of the Senior Class. Activities: Latin Club I, 2, 3, 4— Ceirile Aedile 3, Consul 4; Alpha 3. 4; Masquers 3, 4; Bowling Club 2; Biology Club 2; History Club 3; Library Club 4; Interclass Basketball 2; Tattler 3, 4; Altman's Fashion Board 4; PROFILE 4. GEORGE ROSE Anyone with a joke to tell will be rewarded with friendly laughter from George’s corner, for he seems to delight in mirth. On the other hand, he can be as serious as the occasion warrants, and George has buckled down to seriousness in regard to his studies. Thus, his character is a perfect balance between work and play. Activities: Latin Club I. CHRISTINE SALVATO Chris is the girl with the beautiful eyes and pretty hair. Sports top her list of activities and she is extremely interested in basketball and baseball. Her ambitions lie in the commercial world where she would like to become a secretary. Activities: Commercial Club 2, 3, 4; Interclass Basketball 2, 3, 4—Captain 2, 3; Interclass Softball 1; Safety Council 1, 2, 3. FRANCIS SARACENI When Frank” first joined our class, we regarded him as quiet and reserved. How wrong we were! Although he is always a perfect gentleman. Frank enjoys.-a joke as well as the next fellow, and he is usually in on a mischievous prank right from the word go. Activities: Band I; Art Club 2, 3.

WILLIAM PAYNE Bill” has a great knack for making and keeping friends. His flashing smile, wavy blond hair and friendlv pcrsonality accompany him wherever he goes. He can be readily spotted by his smart appearance, artistic ability and dancing skill. Billy is an exceptionally fine student, well-liked by both teachers and classmates. Activities: Glee Club 1 2, 3, 4; PROFILE 4. HANS PKCKMANN Known to all as Pecker-Tracks”, Hans' handsome features, along with his unique humor and alert wit, have enlightened many a dull moment for his classmates. He has been outstanding musically—lending his talent to the band, and has starred equally as a soccer player. Activities: Band 1, 2, 3, 4; Photography Club 1; Soccer 4. KARL PECKMANN Karl, one of the Valley boys, is found to be a well-mannered and ambitious fellow. He is earnest and hard working and cver-ready to lend a helping hand to everyone. Karl has the rare combination of common sense, intelligence, and wit. He is a great music lover and therefore, a popular member of the band. Activities: Band, 1,2, 3, 4—President 1; PROFILE 4; Spanish Club 3, 4; Latin Club 1; Biology Club 2; Soccer 1; Baseball 1. C ARM ELLA PERROTTA The Senior Class was fortunate to be graced with Connie” in their midst. For this peppy, dark-eyed beauty added a special spark that would have been hard to do without. It’s just a certain something that Connie has that accounts for her multitude of friends. Activities: Library Club 2, 3, 4; Commercial Club I, 2; Safety Council 1, 2; Tattler 3, 4; Interclass Volleyball 1, 2; Interclass Basketball 3; Photography Club 2. 0 Vi EILEEN PETROSKI A ball of fire on the cheering squad, and always a perfect lady, Eileen has just about everything a girl could want, plus a little bit extra. Her stately grace and flair for wearing nice clothes are justifiably envied and her cheering skill is much coveted. Activities: Cheerleader 3, 4; Interclass Basketball 1,2; Interclass Volleyball 4; Bowling 4; PROFILE 4; Commercial Club 1, 2. JOAN PICKERING We could use every favorite adjective including charming. sparkling, and vivacious, yet we would not have flattered one bit — nor painted a complete picture of Joan. She is so much the typical high school girl; but words fail to convey her jovial spirit. Activities: Commercial Club 1, 2, 3, 4; Bowling Club 2; Photography Club 2, 3; Library Club 4; Tattler 4; Interclass Volleyball 1, 4; Interclass Basketball 1, 3. KATHRYN PIETRZAK Kathryn, better known as Kelly, is everyone’s friend. Always ready and willing to lend an ear to other peoples joys and sorrows, Kelly is probably one of the peppiest and most popular members of the Class of ’50. Immaculately and beautifully dressed, Kelly’s” character and personaiity are decidedly flawless. Activities: Interclass Volleyball 2, 3, 4; Interclass Basketball 2, 3, 4; Varsity Basketball 2, 3, 4; Glee Club 2, 3. 4; Spanish Club 2, 3, 4; Interclass Badminton 3; Bowling 3; Interclass Softball 3; Biology Club 3. LIBBY POSNER Libby owes much of her success in high school to her friendliness and charming personality. Add to this already pleasing picture, good looks and intelligence, and it’s clear why Libby found friends in students and teachers, too. PATRICIA SAVAGE Tall, graceful Pat” with her pretty blonde hair and sunny smile is known throughout the Senior class for her ready friendliness. An avid sports fan, she participates in many activities. With these assets ’’Pat' will undoubtedly he successful in whatever she undertakes in the future. Activities: Latin Club 2, 3, 4; French Club 2, 3, 4; Intcrclass Basketball 2, 3; Interclass Volleyball 4; Interclass Softball 3; Bowling Club 4. ROBERT SHANE Bob is just one swell” guy! He never passes a fellow Senior without taking time for a hearty, Hello!” Bob is very interested in sports, particularly basketball; and his proficiency in this sport has earned him a position on our Varsity Basketball team. Activities: Biology Club 2; Spanish Club 2, 3; J. V. Basketball 2, 3; Varsity Basketball 4; Interclass Basketball 1; Interclass Softball 1, 2; Boxing 2. JOHN SCHEPANSKI One of the most active boys in the Senior Class is Monk.” Always the center of any gathering, his humorous antics will keep a group amused for hours. Activities: Chorus 1, 2, 3, 4; Commercial Club I, 2, 3; Lcttermcn's Club 3, 4; Interclass Softball 2, 3; Interclass Basketball 1, 2, 4; Bowling Team 3, 4—Captain 4; Boxing I. 2. JEANNE SCHULZE The phrase All good things come in small packages must have been coined especially for Jeanne. Although she is rather quiet, no one is able to overlook her, for she is outstanding for her sweetness and politeness. Activities: Library Club 2, 3, 4; History Club 3. 4; Red Cross Representative 1, 2; Interclass Volleyball 4. ANGELINE SEBASTLANO According to the many friends she has acquired, Angie” is just tops , and can always be depended upon to do her very best in anything she undertakes. Her unassuming ways and sweet nature have made her one of the very best liked seniors. Activities: Commercial Club 2, 3, 4; Interclass Basketball 3. 4; Safety Council 2; PROFILE 4; Volleyball 4. { TIMOTHY SHEEHAN Take smiling Irish eyes, a broad Irish grin, add dancing feet and the result is Timmy”. When you mix flaming hair and all five feet of it together—the concoction is nearly perfect—humor blended with a pinch of seriousness. Now you see why he’s tops. Activities: Masquers I; Orchestra 1, 2; Glee Club 3; Basketball Manager I, 2; Gym team 4; Spanish Club 2. GREGORY SHERIDAN Full of fun and fancy free, describes Greg” to a T. Everyone knows this tall slim fellow with the ready smile and quick wit, for he is a person liked by all. When not actually participating in school sports, he can always be found lending his moral support to the teams. Activities: Lcttcrmen’s Club 1, 2, 3, 4; Baseball 1, 2, 3, 4; Bowling Club 2, 3, 4; Interclass Basketball 1, 2, 3. BURTON SINGER Our memories of high school are sure to include a picture of a friendly, smiling fellow; and it could be none other than Burt”.
