CHARLES DIONE This lad so neat, with smile so sweet, has won our right good will. ' —McNally. Popular Charlie needs no introduction to the student body, for his accomplishments on the gridiron together with his outstanding personality have made him a favorite in every comer of the school. One of the best dressed of the boys, he always looks as if he has just stepped off a fashion plate, no matter what he wears; and that will no doubt hold for the Navy blues he will don after graduation. ROSE Di RIEN20 But were it to my fancy given To rate her charms, I'd call them heaven. —Shakespeare. In addition to her attributes, she is highly cooperative and can always be counted on when there is a job to be done. The most menial task is done as well as the most important and this accounts for the fact that Rosie is ever in demand. Activities: Commercial Club 3, 4; Circulation Staff—PROFILE 4; Transcription Staff—Tattler 3. 4. EDNA DONALDSON To know her was to love her. —Rogers. Tiny Edna with her sense of humor, friendly ways and love for horses, is well known throughout the entire student body. GEORGE DORAN He speaketh not; and yet there lies A conversation in his eyes. —Longfellow. George, one of the more silent members of our school, is the lucky possessor of a most charming and catching smile. This combined with his quiet manners, has earned for him a large number of friends. George spends most of his time getting plenty of fun out of life, and he never seems to have a blue moment. y
