That very same winter cancelled our SGA Sweetheart Dance and left our four sweethearts - Velvet Noel, Cheryl Knotts, Debbie Cross and Lisa Hel- mkamp, all dolled up with no place to go. And how about the Carnival that was and then wasn't and then was again? Ah well, at least Delaware's weather is never boring! --G-...mum K. V t. 'L- x HF Student Government is the main umbrella association of Glasgow High. Through it's planned activities stu- dents and faculty have the opportunity to make new friends and learn from old friends. Student Government provides a channel of communication be- tween faculty, students and administration. Many annual events are sponsored through S.G.A. such as Home- coming, the Valentine's Sweetheart Dance, and wacky Almost Any- thing Goes. Last year Glasgow's Student Government was voted as the best in the state, and they hope to achieve the same goal again this year. S.G.A. As the scene begins, some of the Limelighters are still drift- ing in with their sodas from the faculty lunch room. The others are discussing their cur- rent project, a skit for the Booster's Carnival. Scene Two takes place after the meeting. Some of the Limelighters and the few as- sorted extras are rehearsing a children's play about animals to be performed for the ele- mentary schools.
