MERJAM WELFIELD ROBERTA WILSON EVELYN WOLFE JANE WORLEY EDA YEE HANAYE YOSHIMURA JUEI. YOUNG HIGH SENIOR HISTORY Please don't laugh at us, Girls High, We're not so awfully green! WITH this plea, just four years ago, in August of the year 1925, a candid artless group of newcomers faced the cold and pretentiously wise pupils of Girls High. Within a few days, the new class had so adapted itself to its surroundings as to become an integral part of the school. The spirited class of june, '29, soon realized its possi- bilities and began its unending performance of earnest work and eager service. It has not been a perfect class, but it has done its part in supporting the activities and upholding the standards of the school. The High Seniors will never again act as a unit, but a large majority of the members, though they may be widely separated, will pull together with a common purpose, promulgating the lessons and principles learned at Girls High.
