JEAN ELAINE RILEY Jeannie,' says, I reckon gym class and stuck-up people will have to go. She is Shooting High to become a private secretary. Singing at the Spring Concert was indeed a memorable occasion. SHIRLEY SANDERS Mrs. Joseph's typing class is the greatest to Shirley, especially because she doesn't get any homework. She hopes to become a secretary. Pop music is real gone. DAVID HERBERT SCHMIDT Schmidty never takes off tomorrow when he can today. When he bumps into tourist drivers he thinks they need American history instructions. Schmidty is undecided about the After Hour Stuff. PHILIP EDWARD SCOTT Phil'1 greets his friends with Do you have your home- work done?,' When Phil goes to college he won't be wear- Bermuda shorts. His favorite pastime is horseback ri ing. WILLIAM SCOTT Scottie just can't digest - -----, When he isn't working, he spends his time swimming. PAULA FRANCES SHEFFER Paula pleads, 'Tenderly' on those P.D. Quizzes. Read- ing and ice skating are among the favorites of this future nurse. When asked what she remembers most in G.H.S., she replies, Don,t you know! The first day of my senior year. WILDA RUTH SIMPSON Wilda recalls picking stones on' the hockey field. When someone says field hockey, she says Chl Gee-for me. I Believe reading is her favorite pastime. Wilda aspires to become a secretary. MARY JANE SMITH Sis pleads, Don't Be Crueln to girls who insist on wearing wool sweaters with cotton skirts. Listening to E.P.'s records is real gone to Sis. She hopes to become a secretary. SALLY ANN SMITH Smitty remembers her first prom as Neatl You'll Never Walk Alone, says Smitty, if you don't use pro- fanity. This future elementary schoolteacher spends her leisure time plunking on the piano. FAYE SNEAD This helpful secretary ignores all gossipers. Sneadie digs True Love the most, while listening to other pop records. Those American history classes have reserved a permanent place in her memories. JUNE SPEELMAN A beauty career is in store for June. Playing hillbilly records occupies her spare time, but she has no time for drinking girls. I've known you from somewhere is her favorite!!! SHIRLEY TEMPLE SPEELMAN Conceited people don't rate in Shirley's book. She loves to sing and dance and what does she say about Pink Cadillac? Holy Toledo! Shirley will never forget the sixth period in her junior year. DONNA LEE SPENCE Spency pleads, Go Tenderly on those dirty saddles. Her future holds college and a merry round of football games, pennants, and dancing. September 14, 1956, will never be forgotten. HARMON LINN SPENCE Spencie digs baseball and hunting and was shocked into saying, Well, I'll be when he played for the first time in a baseball game as a freshman. Spencie, who votes thumbs down on girls who smoke and drink, plans to attend busi- ness school. JANET EILEEN STAIGER Jan assures you that tests aren't her True Lovef' Spanish class is just Greatl and Jan may decide to teach it. Horseback riding and He occupy free time. JEANNE ELDA STAIGER Basketball and dancing move Jeannie. Her most mem- orable experience was the G.A.A. initiation, which she sums up as Great, I Believe her crystal ball portrays nursing at Johns Hopkins Hospital. SHIRLEY ANN STERNER Shirley shoos gossipers with a disgusted '1My Goshln November 12, 1956, disposed of Shirley's Unchained Melody. This basketball fan intends to be a secretary and you know what else. DORIS CATHERINE STONER Dorsie just loves Love Me Tender, by the man Elvis Presley. Girls who smoke and drink are taboo as far as this future coed is concerned. Those hilarious nights with Rosie will never be forgotten. ANNETTE LOUISE STOUGI-I Louise just can't focus her eyes on a print and plaid ensemble. When not ice skating or swimming she likes to spend her time waiting for 1'Oh! Dad-ee O. Being a beautician or housewife isn't too far off. JANET JAYNE STUCKEY Water skiing on some Ebb Tide is thrilling to J. J. She shuns thick-headed people and plans a commercial art career. Wow! those last two years.

GLENDA LOUISE MILLER A future airline hostess, Glenn's favorite memories include trips with the band, horseback riding, and To Love Againf' ' THOMAS H. MILLER Though Tom holds fond memories of Miss Mac's Eng- lish class, his future doesn't include auto mechanics, hunt- ing, Dixie, and doing tasks immediatelyf' KATRINA ELIZABETH MYERS Leisure time will probably End Teeny swimming or playing records. This future typist will forget girls who sniinke and drink but she'll always remember the sessions at Bi is. DAVID LOUELL NETT Davey will always remember selling peanuts for the band and he'll never forget those tourist drivers, whom he shrugs away with a cheerful Well, thatis life. Moon- glow and football rate high with him. RUTH ANN PAINTER Ann's,' True Love might be swimming, pestering or the football player No. 40 of 1955, but weekend home- work is not udear' to this future secretary. ELIZABETH ANN PENNINGTON B. A. will give a cheery 'lThat's the most to say the leasti' when she thinks of her ninth grade civics teacher, Mel Ferrer, or Canadian Sunset. Her future excludes chem tests, but has lots of room for volleyball, swimming, college, and that yellow Ford. BARBARA ALLEN PETERS Barbie exclaims Oh Manli' at the thought of being Mr. Schriver's secretary. This Johnny Ray fan also digs basketball and roller skating but doesn't like Hirts. She plans to join the Navy. HARRY LUTHER PETERS, JR. Harry likes: down-to-earth folks, Que Sera, Serag baseballg and mechanics. He shouts Jemminy Christmas when he thinks of graduating or tinkering with inventions. CLETUS RINEHART PLANK, JR. When i'Bud's ire is aroused, l'You Squirrel can be heard, but the strains of farming, football, or Que Sera, Sera, never seem to tire him. Though English class is hard work, he'll be glad when he gets that diploma. ALBERT POOLE Barney won't tolerate those tourist drivers. To wise guys, he says, 'Tm from Missouri, you'll have to show me. JUANITA NELL PRICE Rebel thinks Elvis singing Blue Moon is real cool. Swimming, horse races and jazz please this future model. Though she finds ordinary Yankee boys distasteful, she'll always remember the Delone football game of 1955. RICHARD EARL PYLE, JR. Pooney dislikes squares, hillbilly music, and fumbling footballs. His pastimes include drag racing, working on his hot-rod, or whistling In the Still of the Night. Old cheese 'n' crackers plans to go to trade school. CAROLYN ELIZABETH RAFFENSPERGER Raflie's favorites include Harbor Lights, dancing, and eating. She will always remember being chosen ma- jorette and she'll never forget some conceited classmates. Baby Doll's future holds a ring, a request, etc., etc., etc. FLORENCE ONEIDA REAVER Florence exclaims Gee Whiz! when she recalls getting her driver's license. She likes to sew, play volleyball and listen to Doris Day, but doesn't seek the company of stuck-up people. MARY KATHERINE REAVER Nutsl,' says Mary to conceited folks. Driving around, Walkin' in the Rain, or playing volleyball interest her. Sheill remember May of 1955. ELAINE MARIE REBERT Lefty doesn't dig udamaging remarksi' or squares who won't crack their gum. In the Still of the Night, basket- ball, dancing, and a trip to Hershey via Lebanon will make her smile. She plans to be a secretary. SANDRA KAY REDDING Sandy enjoys listening to popular songs but vetoes girls who smoke and drink. October 27, 1956, was her Oh Sugar day. Sandy hopes to become a secretary. LOIS JANE RICE Line jumpers antagonize Lois', just as much as long assignments. When dating a certain blond, she wonders How Far Is Heaven?', Lois aspires to become a telephone operator. MARY ANN RIDER Mary Ann doesn't like stuck-up people knocking at her Green Door. Who told you about those Business English classes? As a future private secretary, Mary Ann intends to listen to the radio in her free time. LARRY GEORGE RIEGLE Raza avoids wise guys and their 'iMountain Dew. He knows service life will be tough , nevertheless, he hopes they don't restrict his eating.

A Casual Look into her future reveals a man and . . . f?J Say did you know Drenie was student teacher for Latin II? HILDA MAE TIPTON .Roller skating is one of Peggy's favorite pastimes. Con- ceited people find no tolerance here. My Word, says Peg. She plans to attend York Nursing School. ROBERT HAROLD TOPPER Cool yourself, demands Topper of fluttery little girls. Bob spends his spare time driving around in his car In the Still of the Night! The Armed Forces is just around the corner. JOYCE ANNETTE VANDERWALL Joyce has a particular aversion to nosy people. Watch- ing TV and playing badminton are just tops and so is I Want You, I Need You, I Love You.', Joyceis future plans- include Shippensburg State Teachers College and marriage. JON PARKER WAGNILD Wags decides, Nutsl to girls who are silly one min- ute, sophisticated the next. He plays the piano in his free time, and really goes for Rhapsody in Blue. Wags recalls the National Student Council Convention in Ohio, as his memorable experience. JOHN HERMAN WEBER -John will never forget the F.F.A. Convention at Kansas City. Stuck-up people peeve him, but he really goes for Friendly Persuasion. John plans to go into farming. DAVID WEIKERT Dave spends his spare time and a little more loaling. If he isn't playing tiddly-winks, Dave plans to study elec- trical engineering at Drexel. FAYE REBECCA WENSCHHOF Peetie would like to spend her spare time driving her car under the 'lCanadian Sunset. When asked about her experience of typing G. K.'s manuscript in typing, Faye exclaims Row-dee-dow!!! BILLIE BURKE WEST Bill has two words for people who think they are so much more than others, Drop Dead' Sheyll always re- member her experiences in American history class. Billie's crystal ball reveals marriage and somebody who'll Love Me Tender. JOHN WHEELER Johnnie exclaims, Cheese and Crackersy' at all members of the female class. He spends his' spare time loafing and listening to Blueberry Hill. ROSE MARIE WHITED Rosie is far from using Friendly Persuasion when a certain person had to work on Saturday nights. How about that Pontiac that used to take them to the away games. DONNA WICKER Talking on the phone is Neatl to Donna. She'll never forget those American history classes even after she becomes a medical technician. Claire de Lunei' will always rank in her hit parade. R.P.M.T. is without a doubt her pet peevelll LAURA WILKINSON Shortie dislikes smoking and drinking, but Elvis Presley's 'iLove Me Tender ranks high. And what is this future secretary's most memorable experience? Oh, gee! those junior English classes. BARBARA WILSON Barbie can't get over being chosen head majorette,', but she cannot stand people tripping over her baton at football games. She likes to spend her spare time playing the piano and plans on becoming a private secretary, NANCY JOAN WOLFF Nancy loves to go horseback riding, perhaps under the Blue Moon. This future coed has one word about her ninth grade Civics teacher- What? PAULIN E WYATT Polly intends to become a secretary in the future. Snobs and gossipers are only troublemakers, says she. As for Love Nle Tenderf' it's the greatest. ROBERT ZIEGLER Bob wonlt tolerate people who don't cooperate in his commercial photography career. You'll Never Walk Alone moves this spendthrift. Upon discovering ammonia in his car after a victorious football game, he exclaimed, Darn it. QQDCQEQ
