After the long and confusing period of try' outs, establishing the line, and the beginning of the Wrestling season, the Wrestlerettes found their line consisting of four solid and dedicated members: Theresa Cerino, Heidi Sabo, Mary England, and Susan England. Though the line was small compared to lines of previous years, the responsibility carried by the girls, especial- ly by captain Theresa Cerino, was by no means smaller, but rather greatly intensified. Theresa found herself laden with the responsibilities of a captain, as well as those of a faculty advisor, because the girls did not have a moderator. Supplying transportation for the line, snacks for the guys, and handling all the loose ends and problems, Theresa was still able to pro- mote school spirit, and she proved herself a model Wrestlerette, captain, and moderator. The Wrestlerettes remember Dysart as their favorite and most fun meet, while the Mingus meet brings back many fond and humorous memories. The Wrestlerettes are to be com- mended forthe work they so unselfishly devot- ed themselves to, and their ability to work to- gether to accomplish what usually takes ten girls. JV Pom Remain Friends Forever This year's JV Pom line was led by captain Carrie Fox, who proved her- self worthy of gaining the title of a true Redcoat, as she possesses all the qualities that this title implies. I-ler spirit and understanding personality kept the pride and unity of the line alive throughout the year, despite the unfortunate and difficult adjustments thc girls encountered. Through it all, the line never failed to display the unity and concern for one another that characterize a true Redcoat. Bottom Row: Kari Richards, Beth Kcrbcr, Darlene Brennan.
