Trish Novascone, Rebecca Lang, Angie Whistler, Annette Miceli, Donna Hermann, Arleen Rubio, Lynn Ehmann, Laura Bolenbach Whardle. rama Club Entertain Student The Drama Club is an organization which enables students to learn the skills and gain the confidence necessary for ztCl- ing, while providing the entire student body with comedies, mysteries, and other pro- ductions which are very entertaining. The first production, Unhand Her, You Villain, was a hilarious melodrama which kept the audience laughing through every scene. Cast members Joe Gaudio, Annette Miceli, Eric Ruona, Angie Whistler and Mary Jean Robinson were chosen out of 40 people who auditioned, and they impressed all those who saw them. The second production, an Agatha Christie murder mystery entitled The llollowf' was a more serious, but very sus- penseful play. and cast members Kay Shepp, .lim Adams, Trish Novascone, An- nette Miceli. Scott Allen, George Fleming. Though many people do not realize it. being a member ofthe band requires at least as much hard work and dedication as does being an athlete, The Gerard band, under the leadership of trumpet-playing president Tim Fleming, has carried this athlete-type pride and confidence to the off-campus loca- tions of performance, as well as at the football games. basketball games, pep rallies, Awards Assembly. Science and Arts Fair, and the Graduation ceremony. The band was very hon- ored to have been selected to provide entertain- ment at the Youth Appreciation Night spon- sored bythe Optimist Club. and also to attend the Band Day at the University of Arizona. where it performed with many other high school bands. showing that the quality and not the size of our band is what makes it good. 48 ro S Mr. White.
