The staff was moderated by Fr. Lu- kan, and Guy Lucas was this year's editor. Issues usual- ly coincide with the following annual events: Freshmen Initiation, Homecoming, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentines Day, Easter and Graduation. Since there aren't any Journalism classes offered at Gerard, all work done on the paper is done outside the regular school schedule. The staff is composed of stu- dents from all four grades. Some receive a credit in Journalism, and others are on a non-credit program. The Newspaper tries to keep the students, as well as the parents, informed about the education, religious, athletic, social, and cultural activities currently on the campus. l.
