Custodians Without the custodians, Wash- ington would not be in the beau- tiful condition that it is in today. There are two crews of custodians working from 6 am to 3 pm, and 2 pm to 10:30 pm. They clean and make various repairs around school. Every night they clean the chalk trays, erasers, rooms, and the area around the school. During the term they wax and polish the floors, scrub the walls, and clean the bleachers after every football game. Any other minor repair jobs that are neces- sary are performed by our cus- todians. Cafeteria staff The Cafeteria workers must be complimented for the fine job they do in making, baking, and serving food to the school. There are eight different places where people can buy food during lunch. These places include the cafeteria and carts on the espla- nade. A spot check one day noted that 2200 people buy food during lunch. The cafeteria workers have surely done a wonderful job in serving and cooking for so many people. It should be noted that this is a small picture. This is so because the other workers were too busy serving students to be able to take time out for a picture.

Principal’s Cabinet Principal’s Cabinet is a direct line from the stu- dents to Miss Adams. It is a select group of represent- atives from each registry. Any questions or ideas that a student may have are pre- sented to his representative to be asked at each weekly meeting. In turn. Miss Adams answers these ques- tions and she along with any other students are able to make announcements to be delivered to all students by their registry represent- ative. Row 1 (1-r.)
