During the meetings of the Student Coun- cil, student representatives promote better re- lations between the pupils and teachers of Washington. Miss Leunice Horne, sponsor, and David Horner, president, guide the council members as they discuss rules and policies for Continental guidance. Sponsored by all city schools, the Intra- City Council receives three representatives from each school. This year, Washington's Maxine Kennedy served as vice-president to the Intra- City Student Council. Councils boost teacher, student relations Student government.
