Sandra, Pat, and Patty were chosen by the Senior Class to compete for school honors in the D. A. R. Good Citizenship Pilgrimage Contest. Sandra was then chosen by a vote of the faculty to be the school representative in this contest sponsored by the Caro- line Scott Harrison Chapter of the D. A. R. The Washingtonians, the senior girls' service or- ganization, assists the freshmen girls with their prob- lems. Pictured here is Annetta Chandler, president of the Washingtonians, helping Kitty Bruton, freshman, with her program for the semester. The Washing- tonians also gave a party for the incoming freshmen girls in the fall and in January.

The play was presented in the afternoon of Apirl 22 and the evening' of April 24. One of the highlights of our year was the choosing of colors for our senior ribbons. Pat Edwards is shown passing out ribbons to four proud seniors. They are Tom Figg, Dick Fleser, Margaret Duckworth, and Tom Dobbs. Pat Craig was chosen to reign as football queen at our homecoming game last fall.
