These girls were also candidates for the D. A. R. Good Citizenship Award. Representatives of 30 colleges and schools of nursing were at the high school during that week to discuss their particular college, and to counsel with students who were interested in attending college. Small discussion groups were scheduled and individual conferences were arranged. twenty-four Sl

With the many clubs around school, every pupil is sure to find one to his liking. Most of the clubs are the outgrowth of the cur- riculum. Clubs promote the interest and increase the knowledge of the student, and what better way to "win friends and influence people" than to bfelong to one or thirteen clubs from which is the oldest youngest. There is part in ou.r student more of these many groups? which to choose ranging from club, to the Future Teachers, also the Student Association government. Club membership There is a total of the Washingtonians, which is among the which play a great helps round out the student's life.
