ff ' ' 79 Imagznar In valid Moliere's Imaginary Invalid, the b major dramatic production of the year, LWQ, A' represented a continuation of the Clas- sic tradition begun with last year's Everyman. It was a success despite a Friday the 13th opening and a Saturday blizzard. One of the major problems with production was the need to reproduce a piece of 17th century France on stage. Its achievement was made easier by the authentic drawing room set constructed and reconstructed by the stage craft class. Other problems included a break-away bed and an invalid who actually was sick during the week before production. Per- haps the biggest drawback was the diffi- culty in establishing an air of farce. But the cast finally caught fire and even this obstacle was surmountable.
