soft MW ,W W registry plays host to seniors The Registry Hotel. At six o'clock, the limos, full of excited seniors, began arriving. They made their way to the lobby to have pictures made. The doors of The Crystal Ballroom opened at seven o'clock allowing the prom couples to enter and begin finding their tables. As they strolled around in awe of the decor, everyone made note of the teal garters, burgandy programs and fabulous ice sculptors. The ballroom looked great, I didn't expect everything to look near as pretty as it did, said senior Michele Farriell. After everyone was settled, the buffet was opened. The menu consisted of tossed green salad, seafood salad, pasta primavera, fresh fruit salad, paupiettes of sole, sliced chicken breast, prime rib, rice pilaf and broccoli. With this combination of several salads, vegetables, and meats a large selection of desserts was also served. I loved the chicken, but the desserts really made my mouth water, said senior Colette Stanton. Entertainment was provided by Celebration and There. After Celebration left the stage, Joe Folger took control of the evening. He played a variety of music for everyone to dance to. Teachers and students alike participated in the festivities. Near the end of the evening, records were given to those who showed the best dancing ability. Due to the hard work of the sponsors, parents club, and senior class, the prom turned out to be an overwhelming success. All of those who attended will always remember that night. With a sense of pride and happiness, maybe someday when we meet D.J. Joe Folger of again, KEGL. Celebration sang the theme song, somewhere out there, part of that happiness Somewhere Out will be relived.
