We had to make a face door for a cabinet and mount a door, said senior Keith Wyrick, winner of a fifth place in the VlCAfCabinetmak- ing contest. There was some stiff competition. Seventeen crafters entered their projects in the local con- test. Seven advanced to Area IX competition in Waco. Wyrick and junior Keith Dunbar claimed fourth and fifth places, respec- tively, in the speed skills contest. Industrial Cooperative Train- ing lICTl students participated in a six-week entrepreneurship contest. They studied the con- cepts of owning and operating their own business. Another ICT project found students designing educational paths for their fu- ture careers. Five ICT students placed in the VICA Area Contest.
