President ' s Message We, the graduating class of Spring 1959, have spent three wonderful years here at Garfield. We have received from Mr. Baxter and the faculty guid- ance which always will help us in the future. The many friends we have made here and our enjoyable experiences will long be remembered. Our thanks to all those who have made our stay a profitable and pleasant one. Joe Mueller, President Principal ' s Message The spring semester of 1959 has been a most successful one. Our activity program has been en- thusiastically supported by the student body, our academic standards have been maintained, and dur- ing the semester we added a scholarship association to the school ' s program. It is always a satisfaction to review such successes and to look forward to new experiences in the coming year. I hope that those who are graduating will find their new high school experiences challenging and will maintain a high standard of scholarship and citizenship. A. C.
