Xlifhether the band members are on the football field at the Stadium giving us another thrilling half-time show, assembled in the gymnasium to present a concert for the student body, or swinging down Vifabash Avenue in front of our float in the Christmas parade, we are always proud of our Band. The members practice during noon hours, and every excellent program they present . . . for us or for the community . . . means adherence to a stiff rehearsal schedule and rigid discipline. KZ.

EXW xaahnff . . . and the Rhythmettes . . . The Garfield High School Rhxthmettes a group of girls who do precision dance routines with the Band at football half-time shovss at parades and in concert productions have gained fame through the years under the direction of Mr. Evinger. The girls who wear attractive outfits of purple trimmed in white fur spend hours in practice to develop the precision for which they are noted. They are proud of the fact that they are Terre Hautes FIRST organization of this ty pe to work with a school band.
