A new musical organization came into being this year to add to Garfield's list of top-notch entertainers-the dance hand. Composed of musicians from the regular band roster, the group featured arrangements of popular music. Among their appearances were assembly programs at which they were a decided hit, the Student Council Variety Show, and the Iunior Show, Daisy Won't Tell. The orchestra was organized this year under the direction of Mr. Evinger and Worked diligently to provide pro- grams for others and training for the members.
