COACH STUBLER - Under his able guidance the Red Devils went to the semi-finals at Denver. a feat that no other Garfield County High School squad has been able to accomplish. Mr. Stubler was able tr- get full co-operation from the boys be- cause he was so well liked and admired by the team. b JACK FLYNN - lack, manager ofthe '47 basket' ball team proved to be faithful to his duties and to the team. PAUL AMICHAUX- This lanky junior earned a place on the first string by virtue of his ac- curacy under the basket. The team's rebound artist, cleared the backboards with the ease of a much taller player. His brilliant defensive work combined with his offensive ability will make him a threat to the League's other centers next year. CLEYO FERRIN - Ferrin's speed and agility made it possible for him to steal the ball from many opponents and in turrt cash it in for two points on a fast break. Also Cleyo's ability to handle the ball and his eye for any kind of shot allowed him to be a potential scorer against any foe. Cleyo is one of the seven seniors on the first ten to graduate this spring.
