Homecoming '74 Stairway to Heaven Was the theme for the 53rd annual home- coming held on Friday, November 8th, It was a victorious night for both the Argo Football team, who beat the Los Amigos Lobos, 36-12 and the Class of '76 who crowned their queen for the 3rd year in a row. With all her hard Work, Homecoming Chairman, Debbie Cicero, made the event a great success. The desire to Win, captured the spirits of many students this year, as the profit from a single activity outstripped last years highest by 5500. The point system was different, as 3 points were given for every dollar raised in activities, each A. S. B. card and each yearbook purchased and 5 points 4 Q for every can of candy sold. M p 18, 643 was the winning figure ' . 0 W for the junior class. The sopho- -. mores took 2nd with 11,799. ln ,Qu f x 3rd place were the freshmen with l - .gp a total of 7,499. The seniors A. i g Q M K A . '77 '77 Toni Sophomore Spirit Was H igh A great deal of competition to all was added by the sophomore class . Their total amount of points was ll,799, and they came in second place., They brought in S829 .00 in their activities which consisted ofa curb painting project and a very pro- fitable Spaghetti Dinner. They too had a service project which granted them an automatic 150 points. They sold 51,448 worth of candy., The sophomore princess was Toni Gruneisen and she was escorted by Shane Lindsey.
