X1 ' x ri The date, June 6, 1957, the place, Galt High School Gymnasium, the time, 8 p.m., the event --Graduation of the class of 1957 -- The 1957 graduating class of 74 members at Galt High School was not as large as in the past. Matrimony andthe armedserviceshave claimed many of our num- ber. What we lacked in quantity, however, we made up for in quality. The class of '57 was represented in the Lions' Club Speech Contest, Native Sons' of the Golden West Oratorical Contest, Betty Crocker Future Horne- maker of TomorrowAwa.rd, and Bank of America Award winners. Many thanks to our class advisors for help ing us during the past year. They are Mr. Lo Forte, Miss Silva, Mr. Breien, and Mr. Eaton. Our activities at Galt High S chool have shown us much enjoyment, and we will long remember them.
