Genasci TI-IE CAMERA CLUB The Camera Club, which started rather late in the fall due to so many other activities, is a new organization in our high school. This club meets about once every two weeks, and during these meetings works on printing and developing pictures taken by various students. Color slides of the United States, including many pictures of scenic parts of the three western states, were shown by Mr. Fraser, the adviser. Several field trips were taken later in the spring. The club hopes to con- tinue having interesting meetings next semester taking up more related sub- jects of photography. Like all other clubs, the Camera Club was confronted with the problem of drawing up a constitution. Lawrence Radke, the president, with the aid of Mr. Fraser, drew up a constitution which was unanimously accepted by the club. Edna Peters is secretary-treasurer of this new organization. A number ofthe pictures for this annual were taken by Mr. Fraser. Peggy Hall and Ernestine DeFord had charge of a picture sale to raise money for the club. The pictures were those taken by Mr. Fraser of football and basketball players, and others taken by club members of scenes around the school. Mr. Fraser says, The Camera Club has cooperated well, and the mem- bers seem to have been very interested in photography work, 27
